| | Was going to go to the gym, but when I started jogging there I decided to run instead. I didn't have my watch since I didn't plan on going running. So I just ran wherever I felt like and measured it tonight in our car with my mom. Ran for 1:45 and was hoping to get 15 miles because I thought that was 8 minute pace but my math was wrong and it ended up being 7:33 pace so I'm definitely happy with it. |

Painter's Half Marathon (13.15 Miles) 01:23:53 | | Didn't sign up for the race which would explain why I don't know what place I came in, but it wasn't towards the front. Really didn't know what to expect coming into this race and wasn't too worried about time or anything either. Ran pretty much between 6:00 and 6:30 except mile 13 was in 6:37 and the mile I stopped for a bathroom break was in 7:20 and 1 mile in 5:57. It was fun to see a lot of people I knew at the race and talk to some people I hadn't talked to for awhile. Legs tightened up pretty good in the last 2 miles and was kind've upset the course was long, but considering the kind of shape I'm in I'll definitely take it. Great job to everyone who ran. | |

| | Went ice fishiing for the first time this morning. It actually wasn't as cold as I thought it was going to be so that was good. Ran 10 miles in 1:05.12, then jogged to 10.5 miles in 1:09. I was at the gym so i stopped to go to the bathroom after 10.5, then got back on the treadmill for another 20 minutes and 2.9 miles. Really happy with the first 10 especially last mile in 5:12, total time was 1:29 not including the bathroom break. | |

Ran 7 this morning because I can't make it to Track practice today because I have to take my Driving Test. Started off really slow with the first miles being:8:02, 7:03, and 7:15, but then was under 6:40 for the next 4 so I'm happy with it. 6:53 avg. Hopefully get in 3 or 4 easy between school and my Driving Test.
Ended up getting 8 more throughout the day. Ran 5 at 6:42 pace after school, with a mile cooldown, then ran 2 more later. |

Got to practice and just started running on the indoor track with Greg, I ran for an hour at at least 7 minute pace or maybe a little faster. So about 8.5 miles. 2 mile cooldown. I am also going to play in a church basketball game tonight so that will be fun. |

The first 4 were between 7 and 7:30 pace, and the next 5 were at about 6:00 pace, feeling pretty beat up right now, but hopefully I will be rested for our track workout tomorrow. |

The 8's were supposed to start out a little slower than 2 mile pace and gradually get faster, and the 4's were supposed to be a faster than mile pace. The first 8 was 2:35, so too slow, but after that they were okay, 2:28, 2:26, and 2:22. The 4's were on pace and pretty hard. The first was 61, and the next threee were between 60-61, cooled down 2.7, I estimated that we jogged 1.5 total in between intervals, probably not quite that much but close. |

I warmed up a mile for the mile, then ran 4:41. After the mile I ran 2 miles, then rest, and warmed up 1 mile for the 2 mile. I nearly tied my P.R. in the 2 mile so definitely happy with the time. Did 3 miles slow after the 2 mile. |

Ended up running 16 at 7:00 pace including the running before practice. Last mile in 5:25, the pace was around 7:10 for most of the run but ran the last 3 in around 18:30. Later did 20 minutes fast on the stairclimber, passed 3 miles in 17:35. For some reason I can go almost as fast on that as running. |

The goal was 4:00, not that fast but we went hard Monday so today's workout wasn't intended to be that hard. Times were 3:58, 3:58, 3:54, and 3:43. | | jogged .7 up to the golf course, then did a 2.25 mile loop 4 times, there was 3 hills in the loop, 1 of which was just under .5 miles long and very steep, another hill that was pretty hard, and one that wasn't too hard. My avg. paces for the loops were, 7:00, 6:39, 6:34, and probably about 6:25 for the last one. My watch turned off about half way into the 4th one, which was very irritating. Overall a great workout in cold weather, about .55 jog back to my house. | |

Towards the end of the 6.25 it started to get pretty cold, then on my cooldown it started hailing and when I was running into the wind it really hurt my face. Supposed to warm up next week, so hopefully it does. |
